Inspired
by Thailand's past, Thitinadda recreates history for her "Nostalgia" photo
collection, finding old army and police uniforms to help her
in her quest. "When I was young I found my
grandfather's photo album. He was a policeman during World War
II; his uniform was strange-looking, but nonetheless charming," explains Thitinadda.
"I love everything about those old photographs, their uniforms, countenance,
honesty and the atmosphere surrounding them. I enjoyed making this
series of photographs, because we managed to recreate everything I
loved from the olden days. I hope your imagination takes
you to Lanna as you see my photographs."
