Legend tells how when Andres Abelino Caceres was defeated by Chilean troops, he gathered an army of people from the countryside. Because he spoke no Quechua and they spoke no Spanish, he taught them the elements of warfare through dance. Titled "Danza de Avelino" in Spanish.
